How Selvara ships

Every Selvara medication is compounded by a state-licensed 503A pharmacy and shipped directly to you. Compounding takes 1 to 2 business days. Carrier transit takes 2 to 3 business days. Total time from protocol approval to your door is 5 business days for most addresses in the contiguous United States.

Free shipping on every order. No minimum. No fast-shipping upsell. Every package goes out the same way: tracked, signed, discreet.

Where we ship

Selvara ships to 48 states. We do not ship to:

You can confirm coverage in your state during the intake. If your state is not eligible for a specific protocol because of local pharmacy regulations, we will tell you before any charge.

Carriers and tracking

We ship via UPS and FedEx, both Ground or 2-Day depending on distance from the compounding pharmacy. The carrier is selected by the pharmacy to minimize transit time, not by the patient. Cold-chain medications (TRT Cypionate, Tirzepatide, Semaglutide, Sermorelin, NAD+) ship in insulated packaging with a temperature-stable gel pack and are routed by 2-Day Air.

Tracking links are emailed the moment the label is printed. Tracking is also visible on your dashboard. Updates are pushed every time the carrier scans the package.

Signature required

Every Selvara shipment requires an adult signature on delivery. This is a federal requirement for some of the medications we ship and a Selvara standard for all of them. If no one is home, the carrier leaves a door-tag and attempts redelivery the next business day. After three attempts the package is held at the carrier facility for pickup.

You can re-route a package mid-transit through the carrier's app: UPS My Choice or FedEx Delivery Manager. We cannot re-route on your behalf.

Packaging and discretion

Every package ships in a plain, unbranded outer box. The return label reads Selvara Fulfillment, Inc. with a generic warehouse address. There is no medication name, dose, or protocol indication anywhere on the outside.

Inside the box you will find:

Lost, damaged, or delayed shipments

If your package shows delivered but you cannot find it, wait 24 hours; carriers occasionally mark a package delivered a day early. After 24 hours, email support@selvarahealth.com with your order number. We file a trace with the carrier and reship a replacement at no charge once the trace confirms a loss in transit.

If the package is visibly damaged, photograph the box before opening, refuse delivery if you can, and email us within 24 hours. We replace damaged shipments at no charge.

If the package is delayed beyond the carrier's stated window by more than 3 business days, we reship.

Address changes and second addresses

Update your shipping address from your dashboard at any time. Changes apply to the next fill, not a fill already in transit. To send a single fill to a different address (a trip, a relocation), email support@selvarahealth.com at least 72 hours before the next ship date.

For PO boxes: most Selvara medications require a physical street address because carriers will not deliver controlled or temperature-sensitive packages to PO boxes. Oral protocols (Enclomiphene, Metformin, Low-dose Naltrexone) can be routed to a PO box.
